Be real
Use your own recent photos and honest information. No impersonation, no fake accounts.
Be respectful
No harassment, hate speech, threats or pressure. Respect a “no” and people’s cultures and beliefs.
Keep it safe
- No nudity or sexual content in photos.
- No requests for money, investment schemes or scams.
- No one under 18 — ever.
Child safety: zero tolerance
Dating Marriage Online prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexualization of minors, sextortion and human trafficking. Do not create, upload, solicit, promote or share such content, including links or synthetic depictions.
Both Dating and Marriage are adults-only. Do not misrepresent your age or help a minor access the service.
Report problems
Use Report on a profile or message. Choose “Underage user”, “Child sexual abuse or exploitation” or “Grooming or trafficking” for child-safety concerns. These reports enter the urgent moderation queue. Block stops further contact and removes the match.
Do not download, forward or upload suspected illegal material as evidence. If a child or another person is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
Enforcement and appeals
Moderators can restrict or ban accounts and remove profile photos. We may use account information, profile activity and user reports to identify suspicious behaviour such as fake profiles, scams and unauthorized access. Reports can be escalated, resolved or dismissed; account restrictions and report decisions are recorded. Submit an appeal through Help with the date and reason for the decision. Appeals do not automatically restore access.
Operator
Dating Marriage Online is operated from France. Contact: globalglobalheart0@gmail.com.
Child-safety contact
Anyone, including people without an account, can report child-safety concerns to globalglobalheart0@gmail.com. Include the profile name, the date, and what happened; do not attach illegal images. Members can also use Report in the app or contact support through Help. Confirmed child sexual abuse material is removed, and evidence is kept and reported to the appropriate authorities, such as PHAROS (internet-signalement.gouv.fr) in France.
