Account data

Kept while your account exists. When you delete your account, your profile, photos, messages and likes are removed. Any paid subscription is cancelled first; if that fails, deletion stops so you are not billed for a deleted account.

Safety and moderation records

Copies of reported messages, closed reports and moderation history may be kept to protect members and respond to legal claims. The exact periods are awaiting approval by a French legal adviser; automatic deletion stays off until they are approved.

Payment records

Invoices and payment records are kept by our payment provider Stripe and by us for the periods required by French accounting and tax law.
