Delete Your Account

You can request permanent deletion of your Dating Marriage Online account here, without logging in or installing the app.

What is deleted

Deletion permanently removes your profile, photos, voice messages, messages, likes, matches and other personal data. Any active Premium subscription is cancelled first. Some records may be kept where the law requires it — for example payment and invoice records for accounting obligations, and safety reports needed to protect members — and only for as long as required.

How it works

1. Enter the email address registered to your account.
2. We send a confirmation email to that address.
3. Open the link in the email and press "Delete my account permanently".
